  • Corporate Finance & Resource Mobilisation;
  • Customer Engagement;
  • Internal Systems & Business Processes;

Designed to provide support along our customers’ value chain, these 5 pillars of our business respectively address: Your Strategy; Your Money; Your People; Your Systems; and Your Customers.

  1. 1
    Your Strategy

    Our strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation consultancy services are subjected to the GGF “SIDECAR” test of sustainability, impact, distinctive value, efficiency, compelling mandates, attainability, and relevance to stakeholders. We have developed a number of essential tools in strategic planning and implementation monitoring, deployed by an expert team of consultants.

  2. 2
    Your Money

    Whether our client is in business for profit or not, we recognize that resource mobilisation, informed by comprehensive resource needs assessments, is a critical ingredient for sustainable organisational development. We pride ourselves in our transaction advisory track record, and our growing list of clients who can attest to the support we have provided in mobilising adequate and appropriately structured financial resources (debt, quasi/mezzanine, equity, or grant funding), from a range of funding sources including: local and international capital markets, institutional investors, and development partners. Our Corporate Finance,Structured Trade Finance Microfinance business units are committed to forging mutually beneficial transactions between investing partners and investees. Training interventions offered in this area revolve around financial planning and budgeting, and how these relate to organisational strategy.

  3. 3
    Your Customers

    We support our clients in the areas of stakeholder relationship management and client engagement to enhance organisational relevance and growth. We have built in to our planning models a stakeholder needs assessment tool and as options, we offer services in customer satisfaction surveys, sales training & business development planning, as may be appropriate from client to client. Training interventions offered in this area are centred on Stakeholder mapping, and how to build effective sales and marketing plans.

  4. 4
    Your Systems

    Our clients will attest to the support we provide in building strong internal systems and controls that are supported by robust and appropriately documented business policies, procedures and processes. In this digital age, we promote the “institutionalization of efficiency” by encouraging investment in modernisation and automation of institutional systems. Technology and the digital culture are built into all organisational plans (whether they are financial budgets, sales plans, annual operational plans, or strategy). Training interventions in this area revolve around the documentation of standard operating procedures, and the development of basic to advanced case tracking systems as performance management tools.

  5. 5
    Your People

    Organisations are built on people. Strategic human capital development is a fundamental assumption driving our entire service offering. We offer a host of services along the entire human capital management value chain including: recruitment, training needs assessments & skills audits; training in any of our five service pillars, organisational restructuring, job evaluation and grading, salary scales, and culture reorientation and change management.
