Carlton is a product of the Standard Bank/London Trust and Research Graduate Development Program. He has experience in financial analysis and modelling, deal structuring, research, strategy, mandate execution, and documentation. Carlton has worked on transactions that include M&As, PPPs, capital raising, and structured trade finance. His focus in these transactions was feasibility studies, financial research, financial analysis, deal structuring, valuations, due diligence and financial modelling. Carlton has worked with clients from across different industries including financial institutions, quasi- government institutions, manufacturing companies, mining entities, agro processing concerns, tourism companies among others. He has worked on transactions in Botswana, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe. He has participated in transactions on the Botswana Stock Exchange (“BSE”) and Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (“ZSE”). Prior to joining GGF Africa, Carlton was with AMG Global Chartered Accountants as Corporate Finance Senior and Stanbic Bank as Programme Consultant.
